Freedom of Space is a clothing label rooted in Street Culture. The brand is founded in 2018 in Istanbul. Brand inspiration comes from the elements of the early 90’s era hip hop culture, 2000’s skate culture and range of reinterpreted clothing staples. Oversized French Terry hoodies, sweatshirts, cotton shirts, wide leg jeans, Cargo pants and denim jackets make strong statements. The products are genderless and unisex, all made with the aim of zero waste of fabric and reproduce. We are looking to hire store associates for our Teşvikiye The Space Store who aligns with our brand values and can be a representation of what we stand for. This store associate would be responsible for ensuring superior service to all customers, high-standard store operation is maintained and store goals are maximized. This position requires regular exercise of independent judgment and day-to-day decision making to ensure company policies are maintained in a consistent manner.

Job Responsibilities

* Establish a constant focus on brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the brand across the store team.

* Welcome and connect with every customer by greeting, answering questions, directing customers to merchandise, and recommending styles to fit their personal needs.

* Develop and nurture relationships with repeat customers, frequently engaging them pre and post visits (communication on promotional events, follow-up on purchases, just checking in!).

* Maintain store aesthetics by making sure product presentation is upheld; edging, making sure tags are tucked in, arranged by size, uniform in color, and that the garments are folded and hung properly.

* Keeping up the store appearance by cleaning fitting rooms, displays, wiping down mirrors, dusting, and maintaining organization.

* Understand merchandising, product placement, product care and provide our customers with a friendly and seamless shopping experience.

* Receiving, returning and transferring shipments, including online orders.

* Work closely with the store manager to ensure constant communication amongst the team, and all operations are running in a smooth manner.


* 1+ years of retail associate experience.

We’re looking to bring on a leader who can manage our Teşvikiye The Space Store.

We are looking for a store manager that embodies the Freedom of Space brand ethos. All aspects of a store’s success will depend on the manager’s ability to build a team of exceptional associates, execute processes that help provide a quality shopping experience for all customers and ensure that the store exceeds defined financial performance targets. 


* Establish a constant focus on brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the Brand across the store team.

* Establish daily store goals as well as individual goals for each team member. Be a presence leading on the shop floor, acting as a brand ambassador and role modelling Freedom of Space values.

* Monitor, coach and provide feedback to the store team to deliver excellent guest experience

* Maintain a professional and organized environment, ensuring excellent execution and maintenance of Visual Merchandising guidelines across the store.

* Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer experience. Maintain inventory levels to optimal level with efficient management of store product and warehouse replenishment. Retain and develop talent.

We're hiring a paid intern to help our team across production, operations and admin.

The Production Assistant will be responsible for effectively managing the flow of product through our supply chain ensuring all product meets Freedom of Space's quality standards and delivery deadlines.


* Ensuring all product moves through the supply chain in an expedited manner

* Management of all day to day related production tasks

* Daily communication with vendors Maintaining all production related documents/WIPsSupport costing process for all PO’s issued

* Review and approve PO’s issued to ensure accuracy

* Track and prepare materials/samples for pre-production approval

* Other general office duties as needed

Professional Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience within the Fashion Industry

* Detail oriented with strong follow through - able to organize and prioritize multiple projects

* Comprehensive knowledge of cut & sew fashion

* Understanding of garment dye, screen printing and embroidery

* Experience with international production

* Proficient in Excel for data analysis, presentations and pivot tables

* Ability to track requested design changes through production

* Strong costing and negotiation skills

* Sense of urgency in managing timelines and ability to take initiative

We are looking for skilled print designers and graphic designers to join dynamic Freedom of Space design team.


* Work closely with other members of design teams on creating and developing new collections, garments, concepts, prints and patterns from brainstorming the ideas to the final product.

* Create sketches and technical files for garments.

- Previous experience in similar positions for at least 2 years
