SHIPPING INFORMATION
We will always try to ship your order within 1 to 3 business days from the day you placed your order. Usually If you make your order before 2 pm GMT+1 we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day.
Note: Due to an increased volume of orders during particular releases, sales or holidays, the handling of your order may take a few days extra. We are doing our best to get all orders out as soon as possible, thanks for your understanding :)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We deliver to all countries via DHL. Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days.
Free shipping for all orders over 180 USD and 20 USD shipping fee for all other orders.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order two hours after receiving the email via the link provided
SHIPPING IN TURKEY
All shipments within Turkey are shipped using Yurtiçi Kargo. All your orders placed before 15:00 on weekdays will be delivered the next working day within Istanbul, and within the next 3 working days outside of Istanbul. Free shipping for all orders over 300 Turkish Liras within Turkey.
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an SMS stating the UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order two hours after receiving the SMS via the link provided.
